March Music Mania Activity

Music Teacher March Madness

It’s that time of year when we think of rounds, brackets, who will be eliminated and who will emerge triumphant! This easy-to-use “March Music Mania” bracket is a great way to have some fun in March, and introduce your students to a little bit of music they may have never heard of.

You can download a PowerPoint of this activity using the form below. There is an overall bracket slide to keep track of the individual match-ups, as well as a bracket slide for each musical genre, complete with Spotify links so you can easily play the song for your class.

This makes for a great class opener or closer spread out over several weeks, or you can use it all in one class time if you need a quick sub lesson or after-performance filler lesson.

If you use this resource in your classroom, be sure to tag us on social media @WengerMusicEd and let us know what song was the winner!

Once you click “submit” the download will start automatically. Check your download folder if you don’t see it pop up on your screen.
